MidwesternMudbug: My friends call me Leah, and my students call me Ms. Forsyth. I've spent the last four years in the US Army Field Band playing the oboe and living in Washington, DC. My husband has spent the last four years living and teaching in Natchitoches, LA. We have finally joined forces and both live and work here in this small charming Louisiana town. This blog will attempt to highlight the blessings and oddities associated with being raised in one culture and adjusting to another.
